You will get a reminder email three days, and a text two days before your appointment.

If you are unable to attend please email to reschedule or cancel as needed.

There is a late cancellation fee of 50% if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, and if you do not attend your appointment you will be charged 100% of the fee.

There are only a few times Jaime may have to tell someone what you talk about without your explicit consent and those will be clearly outlined in the first session.
